As the school year drew to a close, Chaviva took time to celebrate both the students and faculty who made our eighth year so meaningful.
At Chaviva’s annual Student Exhibition, students took center stage as they reflected on their year through personal presentations. Sharing meaningful lessons, proud accomplishments, challenges they overcame, and experiences that shaped them, each student offered families and guests a unique glimpse into her academic and personal journey. A selection of student projects and assignments was also displayed in the lobby, showcasing the engaging learning that took place throughout the year. Guests were also invited to explore A Year in Review, a digital flipbook highlighting the memorable moments, meaningful learning experiences, and special events that shaped Chaviva’s eighth year.
The evening included the presentation of several student awards. Academic Excellence Awards recognized students who earned a GPA of 3.5 or higher, while Purposeful Presence Awards honored students for outstanding attendance and punctuality. The Rivka Imeinu Heartfelt Service Award was presented to Ruthie Aloni, Adina Dunoff, and Chavala Gruen for their dedication to the school community, and the faculty-selected Chaya Mintz Student Achievement Award was awarded to Aviva Geller for exemplifying the values and character of a Chaviva student.
A special thank you to our volunteers and Parent Engagement Team for helping make the evening such a success. Their time, effort, and dedication helped create a warm and meaningful celebration for our students and families.
Later in the week, Chaviva hosted its annual staff celebration, providing faculty and staff with an opportunity to reflect on another successful year. Through their own exhibition-style activity, teachers shared meaningful moments, accomplishments, and reflections from the past year while celebrating both individual and collective growth.
We are incredibly grateful for our dedicated faculty and staff, whose commitment, creativity, and investment in our students make Chaviva the special place that it is.
